The program, performed by the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Chamber Music Ensemble named after Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis and renowned Lithuanian pianist Petras Geniušas, featured works by Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis and Mindaugas Urbaitis. The concert took place in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm, at the historic Eric Ericsonhallen, a venue known for its exceptional acoustics.

The evening began with the Stockholm Lithuanian women’s choir Upė performing Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis’ song Oi lekia lekia gulbių pulkelis (1904). The Čiurlionis String Quartet presented M. K. Čiurlionis’ String Quartet in C minor (1901), while maestro Petras Geniušas improvised on themes from the composer’s works. The concert program was extended and concluded with Lithuanian composer Mindaugas Urbaitis’ composition Ramybė (1998) for string quartet and piano.
